Weight: 67kls

Food and Cravings: nothing in particular, I could eat anything

Feelings: fell in love with my baby as it already started to kick before the month begins; a little tired after work (although my work does not demand a lot of time and energy) sleep early evening; I had two consecutive nights of leg cramps

Blood and Sugar: normal

Activities: walking,

Doctor’s Advice: supplements: iron, calcium and folic, eat nutritious food in sufficient amount only so that my weight does not increase more than 2 kls.

The doctor is very meticulous about my weight as I was not a very thin woman when I started my pregnancy. I wish I could maintain .5kl per two weeks. Fingers crossed!

Size of the Baby: about the size of a banana
