Weekly Photo Challenge: Layer

My entry to this week’s photo challenge: Layer.  This a homemade delicacy in the province of Camiguin, Philippines. It is called ‘kiping’ by the locals. It is made from ground or grated cassava topped with caramelized thick coconut milk and molasses.

My Long Weekend Takes

Now that I’m few weeks close to my due date, my doctor required me to take at least 30-45 minutes walk everyday. I obediently do as told since I know it’s good for me. And everytime I take a walk I bring along my camera and take pictures of flowers, rice fields and anything of interest to me.

These roses photos were taken this morning… 🙂

The temple photos were taken during my afternoon walks in the past few days.

I live in a village surrounded with vast rice paddies and factories in the end.  It’s a beautiful and peaceful area, pollution-free, clean and green. 🙂
